It comes as no surprise that we are lovers of romance. Anywhere anytime anyplace, if there’s romance involved, we’ll be there. And one of our favorite types of romantic inspiration is moody. May seem like an odd choice to some, but just ask Mr. Darcy, Mr. Rochester, and Heathcliff then get back to us. Our friends at Bolt Photography sent over this moody and romantic vintage wedding shoot that is giving us all the feels.
According to Bolt, “the inspiration came from a variety of places. It first crept up as an idea during a conversation with the owner of Grassroots Vintage. We both thought how neat and different it would be to focus a wedding on dark colors and a moody vibe instead of the traditional bright and airy. Months past and while reading The Beautiful and Damned by F. Scott Fitzgerald, the moody romance idea popped back up.”
We are just loving the antique furniture, dark stunning florals, minimalist venue, and ornate vintage decor. Our couple looks like they stepped right out of a novel and into our lives as the ultimate #moodyromancegoals. Check it out for yourself!
